Baumalight GXM550
Designed for superior performance, the Baumalight GXM550 stump grinder is tailored for excavators weighing 3.5 to 8 tons and accommodates hydraulic flows between 8 to 40 gallons per minute. Its robust 24" rotor, powered by a high-efficiency bent-axis piston motor, ensures deep and effective stump removal. The durable 1.25" thick steel rotor serves as the foundation for the carbide-tipped cutting system, crucial for maintaining momentum even in the toughest conditions.
Equipped with 12 high-speed, round carbide teeth arranged in trios, the GXM550 allows each tooth to rotate to a fresh edge up to three times, maximizing longevity and efficiency in stump grinding. This unique design not only extends the service life of the teeth but also produces finer mulch, which enhances the smoothness of operation. The bolt-on design of the teeth simplifies replacement, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
