It doesn't have any electrical connection requirements but uses natural or LP gas (Gas type must be specified). It has a durable temperature probe and a Master Jet burner heat-transfer system. Its stainless steel fry pot, door, and cabinet make this GF40 more durable and easier to clean. It has 6" steel legs attached with a 1" adjustment. Casters make it possible to transport or move when necessary.
