Four 30,000 BTU open burners, rugged stainless steel construction and thoughtful service features keep you cooking at peak performance through the busiest rush.

- Stainless steel front, sides and back withstand daily abuse in the busiest line-ups
- 3 ½" deep front rail adds a handy work surface and guards the control panel
- Full-width stainless crumb tray for fast, tool-free clean-out
- 4" adjustable stainless legs for levelling on any counter
- 3/4" NPT rear gas inlet with regulator and “T” manifold – straight-through or flush installation
- Field convertible for Natural or Propane gas
