Maintenance Tips
  • Clean the lens & housing with a soft microfiber cloth and approved cleaner to maintain sharp Full‑HD video.

  • Secure all connections (NDI/PoE, power) to prevent signal interruptions and ensure reliable control.

  • Update firmware regularly to improve performance, stability, and compatibility with NDI workflows.

  • Check PTZ mechanics often for smooth pan/tilt/zoom movement without noise or sticking.

  • Ensure good airflow around the unit; avoid blocked vents and excessive heat to extend lifespan.

  • Use surge protection/UPS to safeguard against power spikes and network disruptions.

  • Monitor network stability for consistent high‑quality streaming and remote operation.
