Marshall HD PTZ Camera with IP, 3G/HD-SDI, HDMI (White) -  CV620-IPW

Marshall Electronics Broadcast ProAV PTZ Camera is built around a professional grade 2 Megapixel 1/2.8-inch sensor with a smooth 20x Optical Zoom (4.7~94mm) block. Versatile outputs such as 3G/HD-SDI, HDMI Type-A, and IP (H.264) which allows for one Ethernet cable to contain compressed H.264 Video, PoE (48V) and IP Control. Remote operation and control via VMS (Video Management Software), Web Browser GUI, or RS232/RS422 using common protocols make it compatible with most integrated control systems. Broadcast adjustable settings such as White Balance, Exposure, Iris, Gamma, Gain, Black Level and other operational adjustments create tremendous flexibility of use. Applications served would include Remote Confidence Monitoring, Corporate, Broadcast, Education, Worship, Healthcare, Medical, Government, Courtroom, Entertainment, Music and a variety of Broadcast ProAV studio workflows using IP, 3G/HD-SDI, or HDMI.

Maintenance Tips
  • Clean Lens for Sharp Full HD Output
Maintain the 2MP sensor clarity (1080p) by gently cleaning the lens with a microfiber cloth.

  • Ensure Stable Network & PoE Connection
Since IP, control, and power run over a single Ethernet (PoE+) cable, regularly check network stability to avoid signal drops.

  • Inspect HDMI & 3G-SDI Outputs
Verify all video outputs (HDMI, SDI, IP) are securely connected for uninterrupted multi-output streaming.

  • Test PTZ Movement & Presets
Periodically check smooth pan (±170°), tilt, and 20x optical zoom to prevent motor or preset issues.

  • Update Firmware Regularly
Use the USB or network interface to keep firmware updated for better performance and compatibility (RTSP, ONVIF, etc.).

  • Maintain Proper Ventilation (0–40°C)
Avoid overheating by ensuring airflow—critical for long-duration conferencing or broadcast use.

  • Secure Mounting (Wall/Ceiling/Desktop)
Check mounts and brackets to prevent vibration affecting image stability and PTZ accuracy.

  • Optimize Image Settings Periodically
Recalibrate white balance, exposure, and gain for consistent video quality across environments.
