Muscle D Incline Calf Raise -  PL-P-ICR

The Muscle D Incline Calf Raise MDP-2003 is a plate-loaded calf machine that includes a carriage, guide rods, and a foot platform.

Unlike a standing calf raise, the Muscle D MDP-2003 has a seat, a low back pad, and handles that allow the user to perform calf raises without directly loading the spine.

Even when fully loaded, the oversized polyurethane wheels and chrome guide rods provide smooth travel. Because of the integrated foot plate design, athletes will feel a full calf stretch at the bottom of each rep. In the back, chrome weight horns keep enough weight plates on hand to fully load the machine.

  • Daily Cleaning: Wipe footplate, pads, and frame with a mild disinfectant to remove sweat and prevent corrosion.
  • Inspect Footplate Surface: Ensure non-slip surface is intact and free from dust or wear for safe footing.
  • Check Frame & Welds Weekly: Look for cracks, bending, or loose joints, especially under load-bearing areas.
  • Tighten Hardware: Regularly secure all bolts, nuts, and adjustment points to maintain stability.
  • Lubricate Moving Parts: Apply light silicone lubricant monthly to pivot points for smooth motion (if applicable).
  • Inspect Padding: Ensure shoulder or support pads are firm, secure, and free from tears or compression.
  • Load Safety: Do not exceed recommended weight capacity to prevent structural strain.
  • Floor Stability: Keep equipment on a level surface to ensure proper alignment and safe use.
