For behind-the-head presses, trainees athletes can begin the lift at one of two bar catch heights on the back uprights, or they can begin it at the front-mounted bar catches for military presses.
The horizontal frame tubing is lined with a layer of protective vinyl, which will shield your favorite power bar's diamond knurling in case you miss a rep. Additionally, a spotter platform situated in the back allows your spotter more leverage for improved safety and assistance with forced reps.
