Muscle D Vertical Knee Raise Elite Series  - FW-EKR

The Muscle D Vertical Knee Raise Elite, or VKR, enables athletes to execute bodyweight exercises including dips to develop and sculpt the triceps and chest muscles as well as knee and leg raises to strengthen and define the core.

Dips are frequently referred to as "upper body squats" due to how well they work the upper body. To situate the athlete with or without a dip belt, Muscle D has step-ups and front-mounted non-slip dip grips.

The athlete is held in the proper position, allowing for better ab and oblique muscle isolation, by the angled ergonomic back pad and arm pads. Additionally, the frame is made from thick 11 gauge steel tubing and has tabs to allow the BM-VKR to be bolted to the floor if necessary.

    What our Experts Think
    • Commercial-Grade Convergent Press Performance
The Muscle D Power Leverage V2 Convergent Bench (PL-PV2-CB) is built with 11-gauge steel and heavy-duty bearings to deliver smooth, reliable iso-lateral pressing for flat, incline, and shoulder press variations—ideal for high-volume gym use.
    • Natural Press Path for Muscle Activation
Converging lever arms mimic a natural pressing motion that enhances upper-chest, shoulder, and triceps engagement while reducing joint strain compared with fixed path machines.
    • Versatile & Adjustable Training
Quick slide bench adjustment lets users switch between flat, incline, and overhead press angles without leaving the bench, supporting diverse upper-body training in one station.
    • Balanced Strength Development
Iso-lateral independent arms allow each side to work separately, helping correct strength imbalances and improve muscular symmetry.
    • Efficient Weight Management
Integrated plate storage keeps plates organized and accessible, reducing clutter and speeding up transitions between sets.
    • Durability for Serious Use
Designed for commercial facilities and advanced lifters, this bench supports heavy loads and frequent use, making it a core strength training piece for gyms and performance centers.

    Maintenance Tips
    • Daily Cleaning: Wipe pads, handles, and frame with a mild disinfectant to remove sweat and prevent corrosion.
    • Inspect Convergent Arms: Check both pressing arms for smooth, balanced movement and proper alignment.
    • Tighten Hardware Weekly: Ensure all bolts, pivot points, and frame joints are secure under heavy load conditions.
    • Lubricate Pivot System: Apply light silicone lubricant monthly to bearings and moving joints for smooth pressing action.
    • Check Upholstery: Inspect seat and back pads for wear, tears, or loosening and replace if necessary.
    • Monitor Load Capacity: Do not exceed recommended weight limits to protect the convergent mechanism and frame integrity.
    • Frame Inspection: Regularly check welds and structural points for cracks or stress from repeated use.
    • Floor Stability: Ensure machine is level and firmly positioned for safe, even force distribution.
