Maintenance Tips
  • Clean after each use: Rinse the sponge roller and water tank thoroughly with clean water to remove grout residue and prevent buildup.
  • Inspect and replace sponge roller: Check the sponge for wear; replace it when thick grout or wear reduces cleaning efficiency.
  • Check water dosing system: Ensure the water feed and moisture adjustment lever move freely and are free of debris.
  • Lubricate moving parts: Periodically grease the chain, bearings, axles, and rollers to keep the machine running smoothly.
  • Keep electrical parts dry: Avoid water contact with the motor and power cable; inspect the cable for damage before use.
  • Store properly: After cleaning, raise the sponge off the floor and store the machine in a dry area; remove the sponge roller for long storage.
  • Use anti‑foam when needed: Add anti‑foam liquid to the tank when heavy foaming occurs to ensure consistent water delivery.
